HBCU Tour Application

We are thrilled that your child is interested in participating in the PSV HBCU Tour that will take place March 22 - 27, 2026. We look forward to guiding 20 selected PSV 9th- to 11th-grade students on this informative and inspirational peek into the lives of HBCU students.

Please note that a recommendation from a current teacher or school counselor, and a copy of the student's most recent report card or transcript, will be requested in January. This additional step ensures that all students attending the tour are in good academic and behavioral standards at their school.

Due to limited capacity, spots will be filled on a first-come basis. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. To reserve a spot, complete and submit this application ASAP along with the deposit amount.

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $250 is due by Saturday, December 20th.

Total Cost of Tour = $2480 (includes travel, hotel accommodations, and all meals)

Payment Schedule:
12/20/25 - $250 Due (Non-refundable deposit)

1/10/26 - $750 Due (2nd Installment)

2/7/26 - $750 Due (3rd Installment)

3/7/26 - $730 Due (Final Installment)

*10% Discount for tours paid in full by 12/20/25 (Total price $2,232)

Parents will be notified of their child's confirmed tour spot within 48 hours after the application has been submitted. The acceptance notification will include a detailed list of next steps and onboarding meetings that will take place before the tour.
